Amenities and policies:

  • Each apartment has a washer and dryer.  Kitchen appliances include a range with self cleaning oven, frost-free refrigerator and dishwasher.
  • Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, and expanded basic cable TV service.
  • Generous storage areas have been designed into each apartment.  In addition, storage lockers and bike storage are available to residents.
  • The 14th Street and Liberty Street buildings front single-family residential areas.
  • The La Villa Drive building fronts a beautiful meadow bounded by Fishtrap Creek.  There is a picnic shelter with tables, BBQs and fire pit, which are available to residents of all three buildings and their guests.
  • Pea patch garden plots are available.
  • Two car washing bays are available.
  • The majority of apartments have generous sized private decks or patios.  BBQs OK.
  • In order to maintain a clean, safe and peaceful atmosphere for our residents, we do not permit pets of any kind or smoking indoors.
